- Verify your identity and prevent misuse of the Program
- Provide you with grocery bundles under the Program
- Track your repayment status (Alipay or cash at Bili Tayo stores)
- Generate overall program statistics (totals only — no personal details)
Who can see your data
- Bili Tayo staff only: to manage your orders, verify identity, and track repayments.
- Investors never see personal data: they only receive totals and percentages (e.g., repayment rate, number of helpers).
How your data is protected
- HKID images and addresses are stored securely in encrypted systems.
- Access is restricted to authorized staff for verification purposes only.
- Cash repayments are recorded with receipts and reconciled daily.
Your rights under PDPO
- You can ask to see the data we hold about you.
- You can request corrections if any details are wrong.
- You can withdraw consent at any time (though this may affect your participation in the Program).
- Your data will only be kept as long as needed to run the Program.
Our promise
We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal data. It is used only to run the Bili Tayo, Bayad Pagka-Sahod Program and ensure fair repayment tracking.
